Hello! I am Amy and I hold a master’s degree in clinical counseling with a concentration in applied behavior analysis. With my strong foundation in behaviorism, and additional training in
music, yoga, and gardening, I blend evidence-based and holistic practices.
My professional journey reflects a commitment to blending science with compassion, offering clients support that
is both structured and firmly grounded in real world experience.
At the heart of my counseling style is a client-centered and strengths-based perspective. I believe that every individual carries the potential for growth, and my role is to create a supportive environment where clients can recognize and strengthen their own resilience.
Through this approach, I foster a sense of empowerment, helping people identify their unique abilities while building new skills for navigating life’s challenges.
I specialize in working with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including late-diagnosed autism and ADHD, perinatal mood disorders, OCD, stress disorders, and trauma.
Outside of my counseling role, I volunteer as a Master Gardener and enjoy playing tennis!
