I believe that healing begins with two essential things: presence and connection. While insight, coping skills, and evidence-based techniques all have an important place in therapy, meaningful change happens when we feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the kind of authentic therapeutic relationship that allows lasting growth to occur.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field my approach integrates mindfulness, somatic therapy, and evidence-based practices to help clients understand not only their thoughts but also the ways their bodies hold stress, emotion, and past experiences. Together, we’ll build awareness, resilience, and practical skills that create meaningful change both inside and outside of the therapy room.
